Richard Knight is a James Beard Nominated Chef from England. He’s been in the U.S. for over 20 years. He’s known as the “godfather of nose to tail dining” in Houston. Carrie is a fourth generation native Houstonian. She has a background in theater that led her into the front of house service industry. She loves a fast paced environment. As a husband and wife team, they have turned dining on it's head leading sold out "Table to Farm" style pop up dinners across the state where farmers have an opportunity to educate people on food while dining on a menu sourced from that farm. They were picked up by their filmmaker friends at Bear Hands Media to team up on creating a series and it has been chaos, in the best way, ever since.
